Mary-Anne sold our condo in three weeks during a quiet part of the annual cycle...impressive. Her and her team are energetic and really attentive. She knows when to be tough and stand her ground with unrealistic counterparties. The entire process was a breath of fresh air. She had great recommendations on staging, lawyers, pricing, open-houses, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Century 21 Nordic Realty.
A zero would be most appropriate! Run away fast and do not look back. We were led down the garden path and then royally screwed selling mom's house. We were given a suggest list price and were assured it would sell quickly and possibly a bidding war would take place. Given this info we signed up. When the selling contract arrived, the listing price had dropped seven hundred thousand dollars! We were told it was because the interest rates had just gone up. They had actually fallen!! Wow! Sold my condo in 4hrs. I can’t say enough about Amy Young. She is a tenacious go-getter. She works tirelessly to get the job done, but better yet she goes above and beyond. I have never had an agent who is so patient kind and honest. Her advice was appreciated and knowledgable.
