I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Century 21 Metro One and their agents. Their level of professionalism is appalling, and their treatment of their customers is completely unacceptable. From the start, communication has been a nightmare. Emails and phone calls are routinely ignored, and when we do get a response, it's often rude or dismissive. James has been such a lovely guy to deal with. He was a consummate professional, always followed up on emails and phone calls, and nothing was too much for him. He was also very patient, and made the buying process very easy. Any time we had a problem, he was always ready to come up with a solution which was very much appreciated. He has the ability to make everyone feel comfortable, regardless of background and nationality, which is quite a rarity in real estate.
James is utterly a joke to work with. Never replies to emails, never provides updates, never follows up. We have accrued late fees because they have not paid council rates - the one job they are meant to do. Cant call the office as it goes straight to voicemail and emails dont get replied too..
