Beware, Beware, Beware. I had a horrible experience with this brokerage. I was selling privately and sold my property to a buyer who was represented by Jerika Perepolkin. Her manager was Tonnie Stewart, and the owner, Melanie Vockeroth, was also involved because of a huge dilemma that took place.
