Had a very poor experience with Renee Pelland from Century 21. She first suddenly accepted my rental application after 2 days of silence, then when I was about to sign the agreement, suddenly the "owner called" and told her they don't want the unit on the market... so she was showing someones property without owner's involvement and consent? Complete waste of my valuable time. Very disappointing.
I’m quite disappointed with my experience with this company. They sent multiple emails trying to get personal information from me for my application. I gave all the information even though I did mention it made me feel uncomfortable. They said they would get back to me ‘tomorrow’ but ghosted and ignored follow up emails. I left a voicemail and they finally got back to me. The response was incredibly passive aggressive and unprofessional.
