I’m quite disappointed with my experience with this company. They sent multiple emails trying to get personal information from me for my application. I gave all the information even though I did mention it made me feel uncomfortable. They said they would get back to me ‘tomorrow’ but ghosted and ignored follow up emails. I left a voicemail and they finally got back to me. The response was incredibly passive aggressive and unprofessional. Rented apartment with Century 21 for 1.5 years, didn’t have any problems
I am not impressed by this Realty. I had a meeting with Rishab and he never showed up, neither did he answer my calls or email in regards to the meeting.
century21 is BAD FOR RENTALS! they think they can apply the same rules for selling houses to managing rentals. they bully, lie, and are awful at communicating. they don't understand or care about following the RTA. if you want long-term tenants, do NOT let this company manage your rentals.
