I am being forced to take my review off this page because Mr. Nwaeze has threatened legal actions. This is the review I've decided to repost. Charles Nwaeze purchased my daughter's home and reneged on the contract causing my daughter and her family to have to take him to court. His defense was that he didn't understand the contract and couldn't speak English well enough all well he was going through to get his realtor license. My daughter's family had to take him to court. My daughter & her husband and their five children are almost homeless now and will have to move to a much smaller home because Mr Nwaeze has yet to pay his lawsuit that he lost to my daughter. He claimed he did not understand the contract that he signed when he purchased their home, all while going through for his realtor license. He didn't end up purchasing their home, so on closing, they found out the sale fell through.
