Extremely unethical office - I would compare them to dealing with a used cars salesman or lot. This office absolutely does not follow Realtor Code of Ethics. I would not recommend them when there are plenty of good ethical offices right here in town. They were the listing agent on the home we were dealing with. Put in a full asking price offer on a property and asked for nothing. Zero response, no communication, let the offer die 5:00 pm next day with nothing.
