Five stars to GP and his team! Professional, patient, and kind!
Update on my atrocious experience with GP. He has blocked me from Facebook and hasn't responded to my emails in weeks. He is trying to force me to pay his marketing expenses and sign a document that would restrict my ability to talk about my horrendous experience with GP and his office. Which I absolutely will not sign. I would never recommend this real estate office to anyone. I never thought I would be treated this way by a supposed professional. Please answer your emails GP!
We worked with GP and his team to sell our 1/4 share at SunPeaks. They were very professional throughout. GP has considerable experience in the SunPeaks market. Highly recommend for anyone looking for some local expertise!
GP takes weeks to respond to emails, if he responds at all. He will not answer direct questions. He will add extensions into your contract without informed consent and then attempt to get you to pay for his marketing fees to get out of your contract. I cannot recommend this realtor to anyone.
