One star is too much for this company. They charged me full price for a one week rent apartment on the 3d floor in Point Emerald Villas E308, although the elevator did not work for 3 days, swimming pools closed at least 2 weeks before our visit and tennis courts were closed during at least 10 years (missing net and weeds are growing through cracks everywhere). They did not tell me about it by email, or phone before our visit, they did not update the website “because COVID-19”.They did not give me the refund that I asked for.... read more
Hands down one of the best companies i have ever booked through before. They treat you as family and that's what i enjoyed most I didn't just go to a house and punch in a code to get in. I went to there office picked up my key pack and was greeted by a very friendly group of people. If you are looking for a company to book through i highly recommend that you go through them. A++ service!!
My family has vacationed in Emerald Isle for many many years and we have never had a better experience with a rental company! From the office staff to the maintenance department everyone treated us as family! We hope to come back soon not only to vacation but to purchase a home possibly. Century 21 Coastland Realty is one the BEST companies I have dealt with over my many years of vacations. My family and I stayed in the Lucky Pelican and the property was better than we imagined from the Kitchen to the bathrooms everything was in great shape and spotless. When we arrived our linens had already been delivered! We will be returning to Emerald Isle very soon and will be booking through Century 21 Coastland Realty again!!!
Don't think about it.. Rent somewhere else...
Over The Phone Do not do business with this company over the phone if you are a renter looking to get a beach condo for vacation. One agent will say one thing to sell a rental, the others will not follow through. They are also terrible to deal with on the phone, one lady even hung up on me. If you are easily frustrated by being passed around on the phone and what you have to say ignored, this is not the company for you. They are the Straight Talk of the real estate world.
