I am selling my home with these people at the moment and they do not have one person apart of their team who is competent. Very unprofessional and non trustworthy! I had a horrible experience with one of the realtors. His name was ***************************. At first, things were going great. He seemed professional, and we wanted to work with him. We were in a bit of a bind and needed to purchase a house quickly due to an eviction from our apartment, and he said he'd be able to help us. We had a realtor associated with this realty who was very unprofessional. At the initial showing, he nor his assistant disclosed any defective issues with the home. We later discovered after having signed the paperwork to buy the home (in a hasty manner) and from the inspector of the home that a appliance was defective....The assistant stated in front of us and the inspector that they did not know the appliance was defective.....She later retracted her statement(in an e-mail) that it was all our responsibility that we overlo... read more

I just became aware of this last night as I was out yesterday when they tried to reach me. Today I pulled the documents to review. They signed the purchase agreement AND the sale disclosure on 8/26/19, and it is clearly marked that the dishwasher is not included and is defective. I spoke to my agent and he will take $200 to her and I will call her today as well. This summer, homes were selling quickly and buyers had to make fast decisions in many cases, but they did sign all of the documents of their own free will.
