Review update! - It's been three years since I wrote the initial below review, and my opinion of Heidi and C21 still has not changed! Heidi is very organised and always gets back to me in a very timely manner. I always know what is going on with my property, and if there is any maintenance etc which needs to be addressed. It's such great peace of mind knowing my property is good hands, especially since I live far away. She never makes excuses for anything, nor would she need to as her service is amazing. Heidi is a very professional property manager who has responded very quickly to any maintenance issues. She is really approachable and helpful. We are very happy with her service.
We have rented through C21 at Port for over 3 years now. In this time we have always been treated with respect & courtesy.
