Lie to the property owners. Lie to tenants, Terrible at resolving basic problems. Push good tenants out of the property and allow bad tenants to stay to devalue the property so they can sell it because they're a terrible at management and at selling.
I wanted to live in the same building as my friend and she has lived there for 3 months and encountered so much disrespectful behaviour from management ( Jenny) right after signing the contract while paying premium for quality since the market is full of open apartments. she did tell Jenny from the start that she doesn't want any smoking issues but the management lied to her, and this is why I won't be taking the other apartment. The land owner should be aware of Century21 trying to deplete their property.
Over promise and under deliver is this companies quote. Take everything in writhing and have a lawyer when dealing with Jenny. After our contract is done, we won't be coming back. Wasted our money with horrible advice.
