They will lie to you to get the deal, then disappear. Honesty is not their specialty. I wish I had worked with someone else— The Agent was an expert who managed to get both the buyer and the seller mad at him.
Dealing with Stan Nemcik was such an amazing experience. Knew exactly what we were looking for in regards to a new home. Always had great advice and ideas when it came to some of the properties. Always responded on every phone call and devoted all the time we needed for each call. I felt like I was in great hands and the whole process was easygoing.
