Update: Centurion did finally come and repair my fire place. It looks much better. Still waiting to see if they fix the stone on the front of my home. You can look at the pictures and decide for yourself. This is what minimal mortar (tight joints) looks like to Centurion. I actually requested drystack but was told that it was not an option in the midwest, yet every other house in my neighborhood had drystacked stone.
