Worst Auction house. Their highhandedness and their behavior will put Sotheby's to shame. Their commissions are high. customer service terrible. they way they behave is like they do a favor to buyers. if only there was another auction house with connects in hospitals- i would never participate in their auctions
Won about 10 items in auction. Was contacted 3 days later and told that the hospital decided not to sell them actually. Once you win you're on the hook for buying but apparently the seller can revoke the sale any time they want? That's not how an auction works. Bunch of con artists.
