Family Business - coming here since my school time. Everything always is great except checkout area it’s a chaos. Either employee or overworked or not paid enough. Not afraid to ask for tips in zelle. Very disappointed with how a customer is treated at the time of pickup.

Worst Auction house. Their highhandedness and their behavior will put Sotheby's to shame. Their commissions are high. customer service terrible. they way they behave is like they do a favor to buyers. if only there was another auction house with connects in hospitals- i would never participate in their auctions
