DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are lairs I moved here I was told October rent was free and i was given a year free parking. There is nothing on my lease that said parking for a year will be charged. I made one late payment and that was by a day due to pregnancy brain i don't owe rent but of course I was charged for parking and the free month was taken away so I was told to pay parking is 1200 and rent is 1825 so in total 3025 I had no issues paying October rent because I made a late payment but my parking was supposed to... read more
The experience was fine while everything was routine. Once the tenancy ended and we needed basic follow‑through, communication stopped entirely. Emails went unanswered, responsibilities were passed around, and no one took ownership to resolve straightforward administrative issues.
