*Edit* I did email support as they invited below, and received NO insight about my situation. I’m incredibly disappointed, to say the least. If I could leave no stars, I would. We lived in Steps for 3 years and were solid tenants. Always paid on time, kept good relations with neighbors, and even helped management convey important messages to tenants.
