*Edit* I did email support as they invited below, and received NO insight about my situation. I’m incredibly disappointed, to say the least. If I could leave no stars, I would. We lived in Steps for 3 years and were solid tenants. Always paid on time, kept good relations with neighbors, and even helped management convey important messages to tenants. Je trouve qu'il sont pas humains juste le loyer . J'habite à côté du pool et de la salle de réception avec lokalia il partait a 10 heure et les emplificateurs était pas permis puis il ont changé l'heure maintenant 7h du matin . Je peux plus dormir le matin et je suis pas tranquille le soir j'ai pris un rendez vous a la régie du logement car il veulent pas me donner un autre appartement sans que je paye trois mois. We have been living at 4 Antrim crescent, Scarborough for some years now. Since Jonathan joined the building it is much cleaner, better maintained and very organized. Jonathan is hard working, approachable and quick to respond. He is reliable and professional .
Jonathan is the best property management super I have ever met, he works very hard day and night, weekends and holidays. He listens to all our needs and really helped us a lot. The property is day and night after he took over the super role.
