I didn’t think I would need to write a review 3 years later, but here we are. The title company for the home buying process was fine. But after a parcel split due to wording of the deed, and missed property tax payments, I reached out and talked with Matthew. He listened and seems to genuinely care about the issue he said he would do some investigating and get back with me. He never got back with me and then would not return my phone calls. They did their job and nothing beyond that. Very disappointing.
They shouldn’t even get one star. Worst title company ever. If you can find a different title company to go through I would highly recommend it. The screwed me over so bad for a 1st time home buyer. The sellers where supposed to pay for stuff that they forgot to take out of there portion now I am being penalized not to mention they gave me money and not even two hours later I am told I need to give them over half of it back. Great place to do any land titles did a signing in less than 20 minutes was very nice helpful ppl and also had any drinks or coffee u would want available while u waited and the wait was only 5 minutes ! I highly recommend
