I was working with Samatha Simpson to get a quote on services I can shop for with my current mortgage lender when she just stopped responding. I'm building so am forced to use the builder mortgage lender and title, but there are some title/lending services I can go elsewhere for. Samatha had been responding and then just disappeared. I followed up on multiple occasions but nothing. Bottom line is I'm glad it happened at this stage vs. close to or at closing. There are too many choices for this kind of service.
Horrible title company . Bought a house on 12-12-25 didn’t do paperwork correctly house actually went up for a sheriffs sale because they didn’t payoff a loan from previous owner. Six weeks later as of this date still can’t seem to correct problem. Many title companies to chose from rather than settling for a company who can’t do their job. Go anywhere else.
