I have a 2010 BMW X1 and booked in for a full service (£298) and MOT (£40). Halfway through the service, I got a call saying my alternator belt and tensioner needed replacing due to a squeaky sound. I was pressured to make a quick decision, and the quote for both was £338. After some negotiation, I got a £40 discount. Went with these guys for an Aircon re-gas in August 2024 as it was no longer cold, and I've had to take it to another place to get re-gassed again today for the same thing, April 2025. Less than a year after paying £75 for a re-gas and aircon service where they also checked for leaks, told me there were none. The place I've just had it done at have said it clearly was not done properly, the oil in the Aircon system was very clearly old and hadn't been serviced, there was also no sign of it having been re-gassed properly last... read more
Friendly and respectful. I had my MOT here, it didn’t pass, but had all the work done on the same day, professional and efficient. I will definitely be going back, and I will be recommending Centurion to all my friends and family!
Bad experience for me, paid a lot of money to change break pipes and suspension. Upon leaving the garage my car felt different and there was so much noise when driving. Also wheel alignemnt was not properly set. After i called them and explain the problem i was told they can’t do anything about it because they don’t have the wheel alignment machine.At the moment i don’t even trust they changed the break pipes or suspension because the car feels worse than it used to be before i took it to the garage.
