Above & Beyond Customer Service! Dropped off a printer for diagnosis & repair but never got as far as repairing it. While it was ‘on the bench’ I cancelled the repair and they were happy to let it go.
The service was quick and satisfactory. I dropped my manual typewriter in the morning and picked it up in the early afternoon. It works perfect now. Thanks a lot!
