Their agents tried to trespass my property and obtain a vehicle. I pulled a gun on him and told him he violated title 6 of the revised louisiana state statues and is breaching peace. My property is on camera and he drove right passed the no trespassing private property sign. And continues to drive pass my land weekly. However I am a repo agent in another state and to get my license we had to take over a 100 question test that covers all states and municipalities and the state guidelines. Horrible company ABSOLUTE WORST
My vehicle was gone through and my medication was stolen and the girl said they take pictures of the car inside and out so they can't be blamed for damage. I asked to see the pictures because clearly all of my stuff wasn't how it was before getting towed . She said she couldn't show me the pictures . I don't understand why she couldn't show me the pictures of the inside of MY car ! I'm having to get the law involved due to my stolen medications.All these people do is lie . If I could give 0 stars that what it would be. This is the most unprofessional, and Deceitful company I have ever had to deal with. While I understand they are hired to do a job, whomever is the highest person in charge should definitely get trained again right along with the staff. First off, no one at this company knows how to pick up or answer a phone call and effectively communicate. They refused to return the vehicle even after the lien was paid. This tactic is used to accumulate storage fees. They delay and sell your car after the storage fees add up.
