I would like to say that Sophia and this company totally rock!!! My car was taken, and I was able to call and recover my vehicle within no time at all. They worked with me. They answered as soon as I called. I understand they have a job to do and do not have to work with us. However, they did anyway. I’m not going to lie. I was very scared after reading the reviews, but nothing in my vehicle was taken and everything was exactly how I left it. Thank you for being the best !!
truck was reposed on private property, by force of entry. Called to reclaim items. lady was very rude over phone. stolen items from truck also with cash. with medicine for cancer isn't willing to release.
Their agents tried to trespass my property and obtain a vehicle. I pulled a gun on him and told him he violated title 6 of the revised louisiana state statues and is breaching peace. My property is on camera and he drove right passed the no trespassing private property sign. And continues to drive pass my land weekly. However I am a repo agent in another state and to get my license we had to take over a 100 question test that covers all states and municipalities and the state guidelines. Horrible company ABSOLUTE WORST
My vehicle was gone through and my medication was stolen and the girl said they take pictures of the car inside and out so they can't be blamed for damage. I asked to see the pictures because clearly all of my stuff wasn't how it was before getting towed . She said she couldn't show me the pictures . I don't understand why she couldn't show me the pictures of the inside of MY car ! I'm having to get the law involved due to my stolen medications.All these people do is lie .
