This driver is driving 80+ mph and merging back and forth in all lanes. I-95 going North Palm Bay, Florida. He is reckless and almost side swiped my car. As he passed us, he continued to stare at us each time. No truck that big should be driving that fast and that recklessly. Lucky I didn’t call the police.
