I do not understand how acute care can take so long. There is no urgency by anyone to actually see patients. The urgent care is a complete joke. It shouldn’t take take 3 hours to see 6 acute care patients. It is very clear to me that the clinical staff does not care and are only here because it’s required.

I don’t understand the point of having a pediatrician here but anytime we have a sick child there’s never an appointment available and there suggestion is urgent care. Having to sit with a sick 3 year old for hours in urgent care is ridiculous and why we have a pediatrician to begin with. They really need to do better here.

Had to sit in lobby for about 45 min to an hour then got seen for my problem witch she said it was my back but it turn up to be something diffrent had already pick up the med she gave me at walmart and a 20 min drive home she add another perscirption sent to Walmart think they need to be more on the ball I told her what the problem was could have wait for the xray results there but nope I will call once they come in no call ??? Not good think next time it will be the er

This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to in my life. The waiting room is so small to accommodate for primary care and urgent care, that there is hardly any privacy. They should tell people upfront how long the waiting times are to save them the trouble. After almost two hours I hear waiting times are at three hours! That is insane! People waited almost half an hour to receive paperwork back after their visit. Primary care and urgent care need to be separate here as well as more staff for urgent care. It’s frustratin... read more
