I’ve never seen such friendly, helpful human beings — from the bottom floor up. If one sees a woman crying in the hallway, he does an about-face. At first, she says no thanks. Then…”Would you like a glass of water?” (That’s known to soothe a person.)“How about a tissue” (when she’ dribbles from her nose.) And of course, patients waiting… waiting for HOURS get the patience needed for the long haul. Aptly named, it’s all two-way answer to our needs in the hospital— Common Spirit!
Staff and doctor very kind and helpful. They listen and care about your concerns.
All the staff were very attentive and special, the attention was very good, may God bless them for doing their job with a lot of love.
