We had a terrible experience here. They sold us defective tile, the installer installed it and we had to rip it all out and redo it. We reorder the product but in a different size and it was not defective and was installed the same way. We contacted them right away. They asked for pictures throughout all the install. Luckily we had about 8 during various stages. They ask for more. We provided a video of the left over tile with a bow in it unable to sit flush, along with more images.
