Very unprofessional staff I’m very disappointed called to just to inquire about flooring the front disk lady was sooo rude very unprofessional and then she transferred me to 2 different people who were same unprofessional people yelling at customer they need to know how to talk to a customer I’m a contractor and they lost a client and I have told all my contractor friends not to buy anything from here waste of time I’m not here to get insult that was a stupid behaviour.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience!! The representatives are incredibly rude and unhelpful, making it feel like no one is actually there to assist clients. I've given this place multiple chances, yet every visit leaves me frustrated. It's unbelievable how poorly they treat their customers!
Not a single employee ever acknowledged our presence.
Tell your drivers it's not cool to park in the middle of a pedestrian walkway.
