I had the great displeasure this morning of crying my eyes out in pain and stress in St. Anthony's ER. I requested a CT scan for the area in pain and was very, very, very strongly advised to wait and do it through my specialist in 2 months. I left with a $1,300 bill and no answers. Then, because the pain was real and didn't dissappear when they told me that they couldn't help me further, I followed my family's advice and went to St Luke's in Denver where I was immediately taken seriously. Not exactly what doctor seen me although it was very apparent this particular staff members day wasn't the best I won't be coming back
My wife was brought to this hospital after an accident. She had to stay here several nights and had surgery here. I am a critical care paramedic and I encounter tons of hospitals in my line of work.
