The staff and physicians are great but the practice suffers from typical Advent Health issues. 1. Asking me to fill out forms with data that is already in the Advent Health app. I know the app isn't great but all the data is there, it just needs to be extended to provide the view needed by the practicing physicians. 2. Making patients like me with back, hip and leg pain stand for an extended period of time to check-in. Called to try and make an appointment, staff put me on hold numerous times trying to figure out how. Finally came back and said that she would give my info to the team and they would call me back. About a week later someone called me back and asked if I still needed their service. I said no, it took forever to get back to me and then I proceeded to ask if this was their normal process and she hung up on me.. not cool....

Reception is rude, surgeon barely communicates with patient and gives no advice for at home, sent my PT the completely wrong protocol for a random injury after not sending any protocol whatsoever, clearly doesn’t care about their patients or the human side of their job.
