This past week I had a medical appointment with Dr Zimmerman. What a breath of fresh air he was. In this age of hurried up doctor visits and seemingly uninterested clinics interested in nothing but hurrying people through, Advent Health and Dr Zimmerman are unique. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Louisa as my primary and Dr. Ben when she had been out. I was told by multiple previous health care professionals that my lower back/sciatica pain running down my left leg was just, "normal age progession." Louisa took time to listen and follow through with an action plan. I have already had back surgery and could not be more happy that she found my issue and referred me with a quickness. Louisa is an outstanding provider and genuinely cares about her patients well being.
Dr Mckelvey is so great, she truly listens and cares for her patients! Same goes for the rest of the staff!
Major issues with scheduling and modifiying appointment times without patient consent. O/10, would not recommend.
