ENTIRE staff were the consummate professionals and were very clear with instructions and order of care. Efficient and effective care!
The phone call should've told me not to go, but ive been needing to be seen but I unfortunately didnt even see anyone at this location. I left before even finishing my paperwork as the receptionist was absolutely rude, not only to me over the phone, but to another patient when it came to insurance cards. Based off of the other reviews, I was hoping for a good experience and care that others had gotten but I couldnt get passed the black girl who was rude as hell for no reason.
Do not waste time with this urgent care. I went for a spider bite and they didnt even look at it after paying and waiting to see the doctor was just basically told to take ibuprofen.
My visit today at Common Spirit Emergicare was awesome. Jessica the doctor and all the nurses along with receptionist was the nicest staff ever! It was truly a nice visit under the circumstances.
