I want to first say that I had no issues with staff - they were all very helpful and I felt that they truly cared for my needs. Where I subtracted stars was due to the cost. This likely doesn't impact many who have VA or other benefits better than mine, but as a warning to those who may have similar benefits to me (Cigna high deductible plan) I first paid a $40 co-pay for a simple urgent care visit, no problem. No labs or X-rays, just a 15 minute exam and discussion with the Dr and a subsequent prescription for antibiotics. ... read more
I consistently have a positive experience when visiting this establishment. From the front desk attendant to the PA-C and the medical assistant , all staff members demonstrate exceptional attentiveness and prompt service. I highly recommend this location!!
I visited this location and the staff was extremely friendly. I saw Anne Underhill PA and she was phenomenal and so kind and understanding. I'm new to the area and she even referred me to a PCP after I told her I didn't have one. My experience made me want to stay in the common Spirit family. Thank you to the full team for taking such good care of me.
