We were in and out in 25 minutes. Quick efficient, professional staff who were kind and gentle with my toddler. Provided proper care and follow up. I would definitely recommend esp when the pediatrician doesn't have any openings for the day.
Ever since they changed from centura they have been terrible. Front desk lady is real rude. Also, they cannot do much, couldn't even prescribe simple basic antibiotics.
This facility entered the wrong birthday for my child which messed up billing the insurance. Customer service upto every supervisor I've spoken with are completely unhelpful and unable to get this corrected for now 6 months. Edit: The number provided in the response is invalid -_-
Staff were friendly and very competent. Lack of ability to get x-rays at this facility really hinders it in being a true urgent care. The need to go elsewhere for x-rays will limit my using this facility in the future.
