My new PCP is in this office, so I called for an appointment when I got sick. My PCP was busy, but Lona, Nurse Practitioner, could meet me virtually that day. Cool, I thought, get this taken care of. It was Tuesday. When we spoke it seemed ok, she thought it was a virus and I came in to test for COVID and FLU (why RSV was omitted, I don’t know). All results were negative. So contrary to the two previous reviews, I have had great experiences. Quick, in and out appointments and very nice staff. I would highly recommend the office!
Customer Service at its worst. This place is a joke. Do not go there. I arrived at 2:16 for a 2:30 appointment with all my paperwork completed ahead of time. At 2:28 I was called to the counter and told i would have to reschedule. After explaining I had taken the afternoon off work and was still early, I pointed out their sign indicating that if I was 10 minutes late for the arrival time, I would need to reschedule. I had a horrible experience with this office. I had an appointment scheduled to get my daughter's shot for school. I live far away towards Limon but this was the closest office on my provider's list. Ten minutes into the drive there I realized I forgot my purse. I turned around to go back and get it. According to my GPS I was still going to make the appointment right on time.
