I have gone here since I can remember and everyone was really nice, recently they were bought out and I tried to schedule an appointment, the lady who answered first asked me what my insurance was after I specified Medicaid she was sure to tell me they had already scheduled their two Medicaid appointments for the day, then said you can try calling again tomorrow in a very rude tone. I am now going to schedule my appointments with Amy Johnson at UC Health. I recommend you all to move there.
