I have had positive experiences with this clinic since arriving in Colorado. Dr. Marilyn Nguyen is very caring and the staff is always pleasant.
Denise absolutely has no customer service. Cancels appointments with no notification to the patient once they arrived and leave them stranded like this job is a game to her. This is health care.
I never receive calls from them. They usually communicate through text, email or the app. Made an appointment for my ankle and they confirmed with me twice to make sure I was coming through text and email. 3 days before and 1 day right before my appointment.
