I would never make another appointment with Abigail Larson again. She is one of the most careless people I’ve encountered in the medical field. I sent her multiple messages trying to get answers about my endoscopy and colonoscopy, but she didn’t respond. The receptionists, however, are kind and always try to help.

They have a 10 minute grace period that the providers determine how that gets interpreted. I arrived at the Parker location and unfortunately did not have the building name or number in my appointment. I went into Alpine, got to the 4th floor and found the suite number empty. Immediately called the office to let them know I was in the wrong building. The receptionist, informed me that "unfortunately, there is only a 10 minute grace period, and I had 2 minutes." doctors are good but impossible to.follow up make appointments and pathetic in sending referels..

Made an appointment May 15 of 2025. I have an appointment for July 28, 2025 in the three months that they could’ve looked over all of my records and asked me to get different blood or anything else they needed. They did not do that and two days before my appointment. They are calling saying that they need more records and more blood done and that there’s nothing they can do even though for three months I have been waiting to get in with them because I’m having liver issues
