Agree with other postings. This place is disorganized and very frustrating to deal with. The over book appointments so there are two people scheduled for every appointment. Even when I arrived first for my appointment, they took the other person back first. They are horrible about filling out paperwork correctly and faxing to worker compensation. So disorganized and unprofessional. Front desk couldnt find me in system, then found me and thought I was there for different reason. Had me fill out wromg paperwork. Then told me to go across town. Luckily I pressed the issue and they figured it out. Medical assistant says loudly at front desk, "District 2 is mad at us again Cheryl, they are such complainers" . Have some professional manner at your job. I just feel this place is so disorganized and poorly run.
Kinda shocked at the reviews for this place,they were fast ,polite,and the girl that did my exam was very nice , hopefully be using them again in the future
Waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Now waiting in the exam room for 30 minutes. Front staff are rude. Too long of wait times! Doctor does not care about how much pain you are in. Just sends you on your way. This place sucks!!!! Go to the ER!!!
