Went here for a scheduled pre-employment DOT physical and was thoroughly dissatisfied. After waiting for almost an hour past my appointment time I was finally brought to a room for the urinalysis where I then waited an additional 45+ minutes but due to another appointment I had to leave and they failed me.
Came in for vaccinations and they gave mine (shipped to them by my company) to the wrong person and have no record of what they injected me with. Stay away from this place
Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. The MD here was great, I wish I could rate her separately. The staff here, however, were extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman answering the phones at this time would continually answer, put people on hold, and then socialize with staff and patients about the upcoming weekend or something else unrelated to the job. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! I WAITED THREE HOURS AND THEY TOOK 5 PEOPLE THAT SHOWED UP AFTER ME FOR THE SAME THING. THEY LADY BEHIND THE DESK HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Wrong dates scheduled for appointments, note we have the written cards with wrong info. No calls back, extremely terrible service. Lack of professionalism, and follow through.
