First of all, they never pick up their phone. I called 3X during their posted business hours and got straight to voicemail. Second of all, I ordered 4 items over Black Friday and one of them was sized widely off--a small was a size 24 inch waist (despite it being listed as a 27 inch waist on the sizing chart). I contacted customer service via their website and after much back and forth and photo evidence, was offered TWO DOLLARS and FIFTY CENTS in store credit. Which did not cover the shipping that I paid for my four items!
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized company. Twice the product I ordered was not in stock and when I said to just refund my money the second time it took over a month to get reimbursement. Customer service is rude and doesn’t listen to facts I was trying to explain.. kept arguing and talking over me.
