I recently visited Centrum Health and had a great experience, even though I ultimately discovered they are out of my healthcare network. Please do not waste your time here. First time patient with no insurance. The price amount changed multiple times before the first visit started. Office staff seemed very confused and simply uninterested. I was then told I will owe more money after the visit would be over. I also watched one of the office workers call and request payment on a $15 co-pay balance from a patient. Give me a break. I ran out to say the least.
I was a new patient scheduled for a doctor's appointment to have an established PCP and to have my prescription meds refilled. I asked multiple times for a female PCP but was given a male doctor. The doctor's name is Andrew Allman and was very short and impatient with me. I simply wanted to ask for a prescription refill and he did not fulfill that request. I made two appointments with this location, and one appointment was canceled and the 2nd I was told to go to a different lab clinic... I took off work twice to have these appointments with uber as my only transportation and no one thought to tell me that they were short staff so I have to go to a different location
I really dislike this place, I do not recommend.
