Very inconsiderate of the patients time. I have had paperwork sitting at this office since June 2nd, its now June 17 and they didnt have the courtesy to let me know that the documents cant be filled out. I've been given the tun around several times, even popped up in person and they told me they lost my forms. Im very upset while dealing with my mental health which was apart of the reason I went to the office in the first place. Please stay away from here!!! I went in yesterday for first time and black female employee was rude always on her phone. It was a ghost town! No employees at all . When they called me on back room it was empty lights off only one assistant DR.kelly didnt seem to care at all of my concerns she seemed rushed not to mention she dont even knock on patients door just walks in. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I got blood drawn and no call or anything. I cant even see my results on labcorb. I don't think this clinic even leg... read more
