The front office women were very kind. Whoever I saw when I had a walk-in appointment was the rudest, most dismissive doctor I have ever spoken to. She didn't even read my chart before coming in to speak with me. I told her I had sores on my scalp and on my face and I was in a lot of pain. So much so I wasnt sleeping anymore. The lady at the receptionist desk, showed light discrimination I was told before I came up here that my insurance was on file and I didn’t need to bring anything in hand prior to my appt.
