I was helped by a Mrs. Ursula and Mrs. Ashley. They were both pleasant and professional. They helped us be seen today. They were patient when there was misunderstanding. Dr. Gyebi-Antwi took her time going over the results in a way I could understand and answered any questions I had. I felt like I left well informed and comfortable that if I needed anything they would help me.

So unprofessional. 1st time I went they said the dr wasn’t there. The 2nd time today, I called said if I can do a walk in or if I have to do an appointment I made it VERY clear. And they said yes you can walk in no appointment needed. And I came in and they said they don’t do walk ins today next available date is next week. They said the call center lies to patients. This number on google isn’t even there direct number. Don’t come here if you want to do walk ins they lie. Update: they said September so more than a week
