If I could give Doctor Saira Bari Anwar more stars I would!! The best Doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. She actually listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable at ALL times. She is just wonderful! I am already recommending her to my friends and family.
Customer service sucks, can’t get ahold of them, and when I do, they have no idea what’s going on. Three times they got my mom’s appointment wrong, then they call me with blood results, saying my mom have infection then they don’t send the prescription. I have to chase them Down to send it… HATE IT
Dr Anwar is amazing , but the office never answer their calls, despite calling multiple time they never answe
I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I ran out of my medication and have been trying to get a refill for 5 days. Despite calling repeatedly, I couldn’t get through to anyone. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as medication.I've been sitting in the reception room for 1.5 hours, just waiting for Dr. Bianca Muñoz to give me a simple 14-day prescription until my appointment on 9/4/2024.
