UPDATE: they have gotten even worse. I have been trying to contact the office for 3 WEEKS NOW! My pharmacy has sent over a prior authorization 4x now. I have also left a voicemail. They are completely careless and clueless and I guess they don’t care if you get your medication or not! WORST BUSINESS EVER!!! I was actually hesitant about coming here due to the negative comments but I'm so glad I still came. The staff is so friendly and the Dr. She actually listens completely forgot her name but amazing staff. I definitely recommend people to come. The office was so lonely and quiet
From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The initial phone call to set up my appointment went smoothly. The representative was pleasant, professional, and made sure I was completely set up. I appreciated that they also sent helpful reminders about my appointment and what would be required from me beforehand. The bedside manner of Dr. Phen is absolutely atrocious. In any profession that deals with the literal wellbeing of individuals comes a certain responsibility to have some amount of empathy and curiosity for your patients and their unique life experience.
