I like this branch, better than Buckner - the nurse practitioner is great, but CENTRUM Health is disappointing. HARD to get a referral to a specialist. HARD to reach your doctor or clinic - all calls go to a main line out of state which asks a ton of questions. NOBODY returns your call. I don't recommend.
Came to this address and hours were posted from 8am-5pm. Door was locked and there was no sign or note on the door saying it was closed. Once I walked away they turned off their lights. So unprofessional and should have a sign or atleast change their times on their website if clinic isn’t open.
