I had a consultation with Dr. Yamen Ghamian, he answered all my questions with empathy and patience! I am really so much thankful to him. It’s a rare to find such a good doctor these days!
Usually an amazing experience. I think they are experiencing more than usual staff turnover as my appointment had to be rescheduled twice in a row due to staff leaving. Also, they are on a new financial system and apparently having issues submitting claims directly through to insurance which might become annoying to get addressed if not fixed.
Came few times for the same thing, but couldn't make it done as the bracelet just didn't fit after few appointments.
Our family have been going to Centrum Dental over 10 years now. Front office service is really bad and unfortunate. Dr. Habib Coorey was absent but never bothered to inform us by giving a phone call instead of sending emails just about an hour before even less than that once people already leave their house to come to the dentist office spoke to the receptionist.
