Very difficult to collect payment from. Become quite rude when following up on overdue payments. Lack communication and delay final payments.

The worst experience i had dealing with a property management company. I moved out of my unit at the Oliver November 27 and a move out inspection was completed the same day. I was informed my damage deposit was processed on December 5th and was going to be sent out through mail. Typically within city limits you should get mail between 2-3 days. I waited till December 12th and still not received a cheque in the mail. I reached out to Curtis Pelletier who informed me it was sent out and should be receiving it in a couple days.... read more
