Pésimo servicio, me encuentro fuera del estacionamiento desde que llamé me indicaron que de 12 a 1pm se iban de almuerzo llegué 20min antes de las 12 y no me quisieron atender, la sala estando vacía, solo habiendo dos pctes. Tampoco me permitieron esperar, me indicaron que volviera después de las una, 0 empatia !
El servicio es bueno pero muy lento. Necesitan más personal! Es mucha carga para una solo secretaria procesar toda la información de los pacientes… hay en la sala como 20 personas.
I went to get service at this facility.. The young people woman at the front desk and the nurse that did the bloodwork was friendly and pleasant.. Keep ip the good work.. I did have to wait.. We in Puerto Rico we know that everything takes waiting time
