Did all of the reserving online since according to my husband it was cheaper than in person. We get there to check in, it’s super far from the elevators, we have three children, and it’s already inconvenient to be on the second floor. We haven’t even used the storage unit, mind you we are just checking in, and they want to charge a minimum $35 fee to transfer to a unit closer to the elevators.
