Never fails with the pharmacy. Hey your medications are ready. Had mom call to make sure her meds are ready. Speaks with Esther at 8:10 am. They'll be ready in 30 min. Having this happen previously i waited till after 9 to make my way over. No surprise there not ready. Then I get the rude treatment at the counter by male in center both with no tag to wait 10min and I ll call you when its ready. I get in line after 10 and nothing only to have the same rude guy tell they will call me when they get to it.
Has really helped me with my medical problems and health and the doctor is so nice.
Very disappointed in this clinic, and in the organization. They have less than subpar health care. Their clinics are separately run and their services are biasedly scheduled. Staff is rude, standoffish and quiet frankly, ignorant of medical standards and (hippa) rules and regulations. Their appointments are ridiculously difficult to obtain. With establishing care and physical exams being more (rare) and hard to get than a Stanley cup. Been waiting for results from them for over two weeks and they keep giving the run around. Super unprofessional and rude. They hung up the phone on me and rejected my call.
