Very disappointed in this clinic, and in the organization. They have less than subpar health care. Their clinics are separately run and their services are biasedly scheduled. Staff is rude, standoffish and quiet frankly, ignorant of medical standards and (hippa) rules and regulations. Their appointments are ridiculously difficult to obtain. With establishing care and physical exams being more (rare) and hard to get than a Stanley cup. Been waiting for results from them for over two weeks and they keep giving the run around. Super unprofessional and rude. They hung up the phone on me and rejected my call.

Wonderful staff and very professional and friendly, they really do listen and I couldn’t be more thankful. That’s hard to find here in El Paso but these people go above and beyond to make you feel cared for. Waiting times aren’t the best but it’s not so bad
