I made an appointment for my 81 year old mother for August 25, 2021. I was told to have her there 20 minutes early for her 8:00 appointment. The door is locked and there is a line of people in 80+ degrees outside. No shade! Poop elderly people waiting in that hot sun for their turn! Unacceptable!
