Very disappointed with the level of customer service. As the doctor, you have taken an oath to treat every patient with fairness, respect, and empathy. Please help your staff reflect those same values — especially toward Wilma — and hopefully remember that compassion, not money, should be the heart of why you serve as a doctor.

Si usted quiere a su familiar NO LO LLEVE AQUÍ literalmente lo miran como una cuenta de banco no hay seguimiento ninguno entre médico y paciente si hay alguna complicación literal al médico no le importa si tu familiar cae en sala de emergencia

I can tell you this doctor negligence is the cause of my mother dead. Have a super rare cancer that needed specialist in that specific cancel because it’s doesn’t respond well to chemo. Never told me about how rare this cancer was and started chemo and 3 month later it was too late. Should focus more on the patient and not money. You can be good and all that but if you cannot do something right you should move on quickly and recommend specialty and not your way first.

Todo el trato es excelente,pero pienso y creo q haría falta más personal porque las chicas no dan a basto. Y tal vez una recepcionista para el teléfono. El Dr. Cruz es un excelente oncólogo hematólogo, explica todo con detenimiento y se preocupa por cualquier efecto que pueda tener el paciente. Mi esposo lleva 4 años ; al menos las facilidades han sido renovadas y si al principio de la pandemia esperaba en el carro, pero a veces voy con el y lo espero en el centro hasta q salga. Pienso q nada es perfecto . Lo recomiendo
