Un perro que ni siquiera se lava el trasero podría hacer un mejor trabajo que esta clínica. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. The receptionist clearly doesn't understand the difference between setting an appointment time and the doctor actually being there. What’s the point of booking a time if the doctor is never around? I’m not the only one—several other people I know have gone multiple times and have never actually seen the doctor. It’s beyond frustrating. PLEASE DONT GO THERE , I was refered by my doctor , to the gynocologist , and when i went after i wauted for 2 hours , the front desk told me that I have to pay out of packet $200 for my consult, i called my insurance and my insurence said that she is part of my insurance i dont have to pay anythitng, it turns out that , they probably want it to still my money. But i walk in to the veins doctors and they assist me with no charge at all .
They never pick up I wanted to reschedule my appointment and they never picked up I called for like 4 days and I was getting the side affects on the anxiety medication they prescribed so I called and and they said to keep taking them the DR will call me back I waited and it’s been 3 weeks since that I’m so irritated with this place I’m switching
Worst customer service The employees don’t do any real work . When asked how much longer to just schedule an appointment they made me wait an additional 20min . The most insane part was that there weren’t any clients waiting. I was the only one .
