03272025: I have an appointment 08:15. I arrived early. Waiting outside the room and waiting inside the room for 1 hrs and I didn't get the service. Bad service. 2024: I visited the woman department and the African woman Obi (gynecologist) was owful with the procedure, I dont recomend her in your 1st and next visit there... she was hard with the procedure and never before I had a procedure with pain like she did! It's a violation! If She doesn't like her work... sorry, but she must to look a new one and not hurt women!
This happened on 3/5/25 Do you train your employees to favor Spanish speakers patients first. That's exactly how i got treated today,im a Lao woman. I was called into the lab with two other Spanish people. The two nurses each worked on the Spanish patients smiling happy speaking Spanish to each other. I was left to wait 30mins while she continued to bring in more Spanish patients to work on. I mentioned something to them in English,they both remained silent with their back turn towards me. Very good services staff are very nice and the chiropractor too.
We are incredibly grateful to Madleen for her exceptional care and professionalism. She came to our home to take blood from my 94-year-old mother-in-law, who is a very hard stick. Despite the challenges, Madleen’s skill and patience made the process smooth and painless. Her enrollment in the ECM program has also lifted a huge burden from our family, saving us the difficulty of taking my mother-in-law to the lab.
