This comment is for Dr. Thomas Law I have been a patient of Dr. Law for almost 3 years, he is an amazing doctor! Nice and patient. Except for those RUDE receptionist, I will give the doctors a 5 stars rating!
To see a new specialist
The receptionist was so unkind. I wanted to receive care there, but the experience really hurt my feelings.
Is there a zero-star option? I spent 20 minutes waiting on the line, finally reached the receptionist, who showed no patience and hung up on me when I tried to clarify something, seriously! I literally just ask you to clarify!
