Dr. Kwok is excellent doctor , I am with him over 10 years
I've been using this clinic to meet my family doctor, doctors are all friendly but one of receptionists was always so rude and uninterested in working at all from my pregnancy time to my new born baby, it was terrible experience but i have to see my family doctor so i have to deal with this unpleasant experience. Please address these issues and improve the customer service.
I’ve been a patient at this clinic throughout my pregnancy, and I feel it’s important to share my experience. While I see my family doctor once a month for routine prenatal care, the process of simply booking an appointment and requesting any documentation has been incredibly frustrating. The reception staff has consistently been rude and uncooperative.
